Coastal Remnants
I was immediately drawn to this old concrete bunker, standing sentinel on the bluff overlooking the vast Pacific. I wanted to capture the striking contrast between its stark, utilitarian form and the vibrant, expressive graffiti that now adorns its surfaces. It felt like a powerful statement about history, reinvention, and human marks left on the landscape, all under a bright, expansive sky. I aimed to convey that sense of enduring presence and unexpected beauty in a forgotten place.
