I painted this scene to capture the overwhelming scale of the city on a truly foggy day. I was drawn to the way these immense structures seemed to pierce the low-hanging clouds, their tops disappearing into the haze. The muted light and the subtle reflections in the curved glass facades created a quiet, almost ethereal mood that I wanted to hold onto.
